Live support is available whenever one of our technicians is at their desk. If live support is offline or in be right back mode you can still click it and leave a message which will get placed in our email ticket que and answered in the order it is received. If an operator is online you can click the image and talk like instant message style with the operator to resolve your issue.

Email Support

Email support is our primary method of support. Currently we have ticket turnaround times of a few hours based on ticket volume. Please use the following email addresses:

Once your email is received you will receive an automated response with a ticket number. Please use the reply feature of your email program to reply to this email and any emails received from us in reference to this topic as they contain embedded variables that will help us track your issue and provide you with a resolution. Please be sure to be as descriptive as possible and include your full name and original email you signed up with when you send in your initial email so that we can locate your account.

Knowledgebase

The knowledge base is a collection of questions and answers that we have generated based on commen questions we see coming into the helpdesk. We are constantly adding new items and would love any feedback you can give us on this portion of our site. After all the more we can put here, the quicker your questions/issues can be resolved.

Phone Support
